What is IFSS?
Glenhaven Family Care is a member of the Integrated Family Support Service Alliances in the North and North West of Tasmania. Glenhaven Family Care has family support workers located in Launceston, Ulverstone, Devonport and Kentish.

Support to families may include:
• home visits
• the provision of information & advice
• counselling
• advocacy
• links to community & other services
• supported referral
• building family resilience
• facilitation of family meetings
• skills development
• strengthening relationships
• education
